Golden retracement
I should have sold / took profit from my gold exposure in early December. Yet, I still hold on my view that asset inflation will continue with the non-stop money-printing exercise among nations.
Pricing power will play a dominant role in this inflationary environment. Sales volume may not increase significantly year-on-year in 2010 but margin can be squeezed next to nothing for the price-taker with rising costs. Stock selection matters…
